The most distant human-made object. Launched to survey Jupiter and Saturn, it finished that work in 1980 and simply kept going, crossing into interstellar space in 2012. It still returns data from beyond the heliopause on a shrinking power budget, with instruments being switched off one by one to keep the rest alive.
